Information we use and why
When you visit, our hosting services process technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested page and time of request to serve the site, prevent abuse and investigate faults. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable publication.
If you sign up, we store your email address, membership status and newsletter preferences. We email confirmation and sign-in links to establish control of your address and provide the account you request. Account administration relies on our legitimate interests in running that requested service and protecting it from misuse. You can read the public site without signing up.
We rely on your consent to send AI Resolution Today email updates. Signup to this publication does not enrol you in another publication. No editorial newsletters have been sent at launch, and bulk newsletter delivery is not yet enabled. We will update this notice before introducing a new delivery service or email open/click measurement.
You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time through account preferences, an unsubscribe link in an update, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing stops newsletter email; it does not delete your member account. Contact us separately if you want the account deleted.
When you contact us, we use your address, message and supporting information to answer, handle corrections and keep an appropriate record. This relies on our legitimate interests in dealing with reader enquiries and accuracy concerns. Do not send passwords or sensitive information we do not need.
Providers, storage and measurement
We use self-hosted Ghost on Railway to run the site and store membership information, Resend for confirmation/sign-in emails, and Google Workspace for reader correspondence. These providers and their authorized service providers process information needed to perform those roles.
Ghost's signup and search interfaces load software from jsDelivr, a content-delivery network. Its providers process the technical request information needed to deliver those files.
We select Railway's European hosting region and Resend's Ireland sending region. This does not mean all handling stays in the UK or Europe: Resend stores email data in the United States, and provider support, security and other processing may occur internationally. Applicable provider data-processing terms and transfer safeguards include standard contractual clauses with UK protections, or applicable adequacy arrangements. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information.
Plausible analytics is not active on this site. We will update this notice when it is enabled.
The membership service uses necessary authentication/session storage when you sign up or sign in. We do not enable advertising tags, additional native analytics or third-party content embeds for this landing launch. We do not use membership information or reader correspondence to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Our editorial standards and AI disclosure explain our separate editorial use of AI.
Retention
We retain member records until you request account deletion. An unsubscribe preference remains with the account so email can stop. We may retain limited information where necessary to meet a legal obligation or resolve an outstanding dispute.
We keep correspondence while an enquiry, correction, complaint or related dispute needs to be handled, and for any applicable legal requirement. Technical records are kept while needed for delivery, security and diagnosis. Resend's current Pro service retains email and delivery-log data for 30 days. Copies in backups remain until those backups are replaced or deleted; they are not used for routine email sending.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable exceptions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing account information.
Contact hello@airesolutiontoday.com to exercise your rights or ask about this notice. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
